FAQs
What are the different steps involved in an investment and how should I consider Castior’s way of working
Following first contacts and mutual interest, we strive to come to a fruitful transaction in the shortest timeframe possible. The road to transaction usually entails analysis, due diligence and negotiations. More importantly, we will build a joint growth plan for the journey ahead which sets all parties up for a succes. Following transaction, we take on a postion in the board of directors in order to interact in the most efficient way, but our way of working goes deeper and we are available whenever needed and asked for by management. We adhere to the principles of cocreation, meaning that we will not impose any decision but rather challenge, create healthy discussions and organize workstreams in order to come to joint courses of action. Whilst we do not have a fixed exit horizon, we do pursue an exit which usually happens naturally after four to seven years.
